Our showrooms in Tai Kok Tsui, Tuen Mun, and Fo Tan are open Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm (closed Sunday). Yes — our online design tool lets you configure any model and size for free, then request a quote. We don't offer on-site measuring, so you'll need to measure the opening yourself (see our measuring guide) or bring your measurements to your nearest showroom, where our team can help confirm sizing and answer any questions. Yes — every model in our online calculator lets you adjust width and height beyond the standard size. Oversized dimensions are charged based on the extra glass area; undersized openings are still billed at the standard price. Yes. The models shown here are our most popular styles among Hong Kong customers, but they're not our complete range. If you have a specific layout, size, or style in mind that isn't listed, contact any of our showrooms or send us a photo via WhatsApp — we'll let you know if we can fabricate it for you.

Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom of the opening (walls are rarely perfectly straight), and the height at both ends. Use the smallest width and the largest height as your working numbers when getting a quote. Our measuring guide walks through this step by step.

This depends on the model and panel size — larger sliding panels typically use 8mm glass for extra rigidity, while smaller or triple-track configurations may use 4-6mm. Each model page lists its standard thickness, and heavier glass options are available where applicable.

For most bathrooms, we recommend our standard aluminium frames — lighter, more affordable, and available across our full range of styles in five finishes. Stainless steel is offered as a premium upgrade on three of our most popular models (A012, A032 and B012), for anyone wanting a heavier feel or one of the seven exclusive finishes, such as mirror polish or rose gold. Tempered (toughened) glass is heat-treated to be several times stronger than ordinary glass, and if it breaks, it shatters into small, relatively blunt pieces rather than sharp shards. It's the standard for most shower screens. Laminated glass adds a plastic interlayer between two glass sheets, so if it breaks, the pieces stay bonded to the interlayer instead of falling apart — offering extra peace of mind, at a higher price. Yes. All our standard shower screens are built using certified tempered safety glass, which is multiple times stronger than normal glass and designed to crumble into small, blunt granules rather than sharp shards if broken. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, FPS (Faster Payment System), and cash at any of our three Hong Kong showrooms. Payment details are confirmed directly with our staff when you place your order.

Because we handle our own fabrication, standard custom orders are typically ready for pickup within a week, depending on the glass type and surface treatments chosen. Contact our showroom team for current schedule estimates.

Because custom glass fabrication begins quickly after confirmation, changes can only be accommodated if production has not yet started. If you need to make an adjustment to dimensions or hardware choices, contact us via phone or WhatsApp immediately.

We supply and fabricate shower screens to your exact measurements, ready for fitting — installation isn't something we provide directly, but we're happy to recommend trusted installers we've partnered with for years. Inspect all glass and hardware upon receipt or collection. If you discover any transit damage, scratching, or manufacturing defect, notify us immediately via WhatsApp with clear photos before attempting installation. We will review the issue and arrange a prompt replacement or adjustment for any verified in-transit or fabrication issues.

Clean regularly with a soft cloth, water, and a mild detergent, and use a squeegee after each shower to prevent water spots and limescale buildup. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals, which can damage the glass and hardware over time.
