Common Shower Screen Problems We Can Fix
Most shower screen problems come down to a handful of worn parts rather than the whole unit failing. A sliding door that's come off track (derailed), a wheel or roller that's worn smooth and no longer glides properly, a handle that's come loose or cracked, or a rubber seal that's hardened and started leaking — all of these are usually a parts replacement, not a full replacement. If your shower screen is making a grinding or rattling noise when it slides, that's almost always a worn roller too.

How to Order Replacement Parts
Shower screen hardware varies quite a bit between models and manufacturers — a wheel that looks similar to yours may not actually fit, and an incorrect part can damage the track. The safest way to order is to send us a photo of the worn part (and the model code, if you know it) via WhatsApp, or bring the part itself to your nearest showroom. If your shower screen was originally supplied by us, we'll usually be able to match it directly from your model code.
